Please note, the Great Room, cannot be reserved for private functions on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Super Bowl Sunday, and any other major event.

*Guest Suite S 405 -Terms Of Use*

• Available on an overnight basis
• Available all week
• Booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance of check-in.
• Nightly Rental Fee Sunday through Wednesday $175 and Thursday through Saturday $225
• Deposit: $200

MINIMUM/MAXIMUM STAY: There will be a minimum stay of 3 days over both the Thanksgiving and New Year Holidays and a minimum of 4 nights over the Christmas Holiday. CANCELLATIONS: A 72- hour notice is required for all cancellations or the deposit will be forfeited. SPECIAL NOTES: (1) No pets are allowed in the Guest Suite or amenity spaces. (2) The Bravern is a smoke free facility.

• Available on an overnight basis
• Available all week
